New York, NY, June 1, 2013 – Century, New York’s expert property management company, is pleased to announce the opening of it’s new office space located near the beautiful Hudson Park and High Line, on the west side of Manhattan. The larger space will be key in supporting Century’s continued growth and dedication to enhancing their operations and services. An official grand opening of the New York City office is planned for July 2013.

Century has dedicated 2013 to revamping their entire operations, taking every aspect from their office space to client services to a higher level in order to remain competitive in today’s market. Century leased an 11,373 square foot space, on the 15th floor of 440 9th Avenue, where the firm will be moving from 7 Penn Plaza. Gregg Lorberbaum and Samantha Fishbone of Centric Real Estate Advisors represented Century President, Mitchell Barry, in the lease of the space.
